Every Type Design

As a designer, the relationship between work and passion is often blurred. It’s not enough to work full time as a creative, are you progressing as an artist? Are you pushing the envelope, are you improving on the work from last year? The year before? Are you up to date on the latest trends from across the globe? It’s a lot. It is far too easy to lose sight of the joy and passion that drives us to create, to choose design as a driving force in life. In this project, I wanted to break my own work down into its simplest form. Over the month of October, I set out to create a custom typeface for each day of the calendar. Because at the end of the day, all I really want to do is make dope stuff. Every every every day.
